We currently accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, TT. Payment via credit card will provide the fastest delivery of your order.

All orders paid via credit card are subject to billing address verification. The address that you enter as your billing address must be the address at which you receive your credit card statement. All orders for which the billing address does not match are subject to cancellation without prior notice.

Orders with a shipping address different from the stated billing address may require additional verification. To speed the verification process, please ensure that the shipping address for the order is listed as an alternate address with your credit card company. If the shipping address is not listed on your credit card as an alternate address, we reserve the right to require additional documentation or cancel your order.

About the tracking number and tracking address, we will send to you by email within 24hours for all shipping methods(Registered Airmail,Fedral Express ,USPS,DHL,UPS) except weekend and holiday.What's more,our customer service will keep track your package for you at the same time to ensure your package are not lost.

Shipping Method


International shipments may be subject to import taxes and/or customs fees. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and/or return shipping costs. These fees are specific for the destination country therefore we do not know what the amount will be.We will try our best to avoid these fees for you.For example, we will declare a low value in the package and also mark it as a gift, usually you won't need to pay for the custom fee.but depends on the country policy,please be prepared to pay these fees when your package is delivered. If the package is refused or returned to us, all customs charges or fees will be charged to you.

Free Shipping:

As you can see in our site, we provide free shipping for all orders,We send these items by registered airmail. You can track your package using the airmail tracking number in tracking address.

Express Shipping:

Including DHL,FEDEX and UPS, all are faster shipping and usually take about 3-5 days under normal circumstances, depending on the country. You can track your package using the DHL/FEDEX/UPS tracking number in specific address.

Firstly, don't worry, you can feel easy to place order, because we can ship goods to all of the world, mainly including countries in Australia, Europe, North America, South America, and some Asia and Africa countries.  If you are not make sure, pls don't hesitate to contact us and we will reply you within 24 hours except weekend and holiday.

Returns


Arrangements for Returns& Replacement must be made within 30 days of the date you receive the item.

Outgoing and return shipping charges for any non-defective returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. If we are at fault, if you receive a broken item or incorrect item, we can definitely send you a new replacement as soon as possible. Alternatively, we can also make a full refund once recieving your returned back package.

If you believe you have received a defective component, please test it  thoroughly before contacting us for a returning address then unnecessary waste of money and time can be avoided.

Please contact our support department for the returning address before sending anything to us. Please attach your order receipt or leave a note in the returning package to help us understand your purpose.

Warranty


Our standard warranty covers the purchased component and does not include shipping, loss of use, loss of data, or any other incidental losses. Warranty length is listed on each product description page,if not, the warrenty is 3 months.Warranty is limited to component failure.

OZ3DS is not responsible for any damage to your device due to improper installation and man-made sabotage.
